At times when you are stressed?
After eating specific foods?
What other triggers have you experienced?

Generally, our bodies are great communicators they tell us when they are not happy headaches being just one of them.
Do you listen to what your body is telling you? If you do, that’s wonderful. If you are not sure take a notebook and start to monitor what and when things happen. You will be surprised at what you find out and learn.that
As a reflexologist I sometimes have clients with headaches and have found that regular sessions help to balance the body to help de-stress reducing the occurrence of headaches.
