Reflexology as a preventative! – Sole Fertility

Reflexology as a preventative!

Reflexology as a preventative health measure

I am sure you have read before that Reflexology is a wonderful treatment for helping fertility but did you know that it is also a great all-round treatment?

Prior to my specialising and even now I continue to work with clients that just want to help themselves feel better and to de-stress and also to help specific problems with their health.  They have found reflexology really does help.

In the past I have given details about the benefits of Reflexology for fertility and beyond but did you know that by having Reflexology on a regular basis perhaps once a month or every six weeks you can help your body stay in balance?

The benefits of reflexology may include:

  • Helps regulate blood flow and increase blood circulation
  • Improves nerve function
  • Improves brain power
  • Reduces headaches
  • It Helps eliminates body toxins
  • Relieves discomfort from Menstruation
  • Regulates periods
  • Reduce stress levels
  • Gives total relaxation
  • Reduces sickness

This is not an exhaustive list by any means.  So, if you have never tried reflexology yet get yourself booked in with me or someone local to you.  Get curious about what reflexology can do for you!

A good place to find a local reflexologist is the AOR website which is

I look forward to seeing you soon!
